Buyers:

  • Work with buyers and lenders to get pre-approvals for loans before starting the buying process.
  • Determine a price range the buyer feels comfortable with and the wants and needs the buyer is looking for.
  • Research properites that meet the needs and desires of the buyer in the price range determined.
  • Monitor the Multiple Listing Service for new listings on a daily basis.
  • Show houses of interest.
  • Negotiate the purchase agreement.
  • Track the escrow process and mitigate issues for a successful closing.

 

Sellers:

  • Research the market to determine a price that the home will sell but needs the requirements of the seller.
  • Develop a marketing plan to sell the home in the fastest time frame as well as get the best price.
  • Show the property to prospective buyers from our office or coordinate showings for other offices per the sellers direction.
  • Negotiate the sales agreement.
  • Track the escrow process and mitigate any issues for a successful closing.
  • Coordinate reports, inspections or necessary work to the property prior to closing.
